624 mattress is unique in the fact it has multiple layers for sleepers to choose the right firmness for them. 624 consists of natural latex, memory foam, and foam. The top is reversible with one side being latex for a medium-firm feel, and the other side being memory foam giving a medium-soft feel.
High-compact Kantec® foam - The base layer is open cellular, which helps regulate the temperature. Traditional, foam is know for the absorption of motion, and 624's Kantec® is no different; it's excellent for reduced movement if you're sharing the bed.
High-density memory foam layer - Having the viscoelastic medium-soft memory foam as the top layer. It will form to your body, creating pressure release and comfortable sleep. The memory foam purposely doesn't have gel infusion, and this provides the mattress with more airflow for those summer nights.
Natural Latex Layer - The firmer side of the mattress is natural latex with a charcoal infusion. The activated charcoal is the oldest form of natural purification. The latex acts as a natural filter absorbing odours and impurities from your body and surrounding areas. The latex will still quickly react to your body movements, providing comfortable sleep and pressure realise.
The Cover - The cover is white at the top and grey at the bottom with a zipper going around the middle. The fabric is made out of Kantec fabric ® specifically design by 624 for this mattress. The material wicks moisture away from your body for a more comfortable and cooler night's sleep. The fabric is very soft and pleasant to touch and easily washable. The grey underpart of the sheet is made for ventilation and has grip points to keep the mattress in place.
Protective Inner Cover - Not many brands include this feature but 624 does. They provide an inner cover which is a antimicrobial mesh to keep microbes, dust mites, and mould out.
The 624 mattress isn't too challenging to move around as it comes delivered in a box. The bed weights in at 32kg for a queen-sized bed - around the average weight for a foam mattress.

You are essentially getting two mattresses in one – with the medium-firm and medium-soft. Which is similar to the Koala mattress where you can change the firmness. If you prefer to sleep on your side, medium-softness is best. If you sleep on your back or stomach you will prefer a natural latex mattress.
Great for back pain? Many reviewers report having back pain, and the 624 mattress helped them. Because of its ability to change the firmness.
Being a mattress in a box, it's excellent if you live above the first floor. Because it’s easy to manoeuvre up those tight spaces.
You can rest assured. You get 125 days to try it out, and if you're not happy, you can send it back free of charge (all the mattresses that are returned get donated to charity).
624 does require that you have slept on your 624 mattress for a minimum period of 30 days as your body may take time to adjust to the 624. It is worth it.
